Seeking for an environmentally friendly functioning at Litalsa, in compliance with the environmental legislation and politics, we implemented the Certified Environmental Management System UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015. This international norm allows a framework to protect the environment and respond to the changing environmental conditions in accordance to the socioeconomic needs.
Our Environmental Management System is the basis for our environmental plan for the next years: NET POSITIVE PRINTING.
At Litalsa we firmly bet on innovation with the adoption of new technologies and clean environmentally sound industrial process by using resources with greater efficiency. We are engaged with sustainable production and consumption, the reduction of energy consumption, circularity optimization and zero waste. We analyze and identify the critical points in which interventions have greater potential to improve environmental and social effects of our products and services.

Litalsa collaborates with the community by promoting and guaranteeing the necessary balance between business values and social expectations. We also promote economic development and social action within our community.
Our Code of Ethics and Conduct governs the behavior of all the people who are part of LITALSA, both internally and in external relations, with the purpose of preventing and promoting open opposition to corruption. Moreover, we promote the adoption of this code among our suppliers and collaborating companies. As a result of the firm commitment of Management to maintain an adequate ethical-corporate culture in the company, the Compliance model emerged, and the Compliance Committee ensures effective compliance with the Code of Ethics. We contribute to the fulfillment of SDGs 16, 8, 9 and 17 of the United Nations.
We have a whistleblower channel, which allows all employees to simply and confidentially communicate those actions or conducts that are inappropriate considering the Code of Conduct or any other regulations.
