Innovation

We are pioneers in the use of advanced technology for the field of lithography.To achieve our position as leaders in the industry, our policy has always been shaped by continual monitoring and implementation of the best technologies on the market.

We were pioneers when it came to incorporating UV curing inks and when we obtained the ISO certification for the offset printing colour management system in Europe.

In 2015 we installed a 6 colour Metalstar 3, a high-speed, cutting-edge and highly automated printing line. It was the first in the world.

In 2020, we installed a new Tandem varnish line equipped with two varnish coating machines model 483, sheet monitoring register and automatic coating control.

In 2021, we installed a 6 color MetalStar3, a line with high speed printing, which can process straight and scroll sheets with high precision. Moreover, it has a Metalcontrol system: a densitometer that works with a closed loop system and allows to keep color stability throughout the production.

Nowadays (2023) we are installing the first lamination line of metallic coils – a new and disruptive technology which is both an alternative and complement to the varnishing and lithography lines on the market.

We work shoulder to shoulder with the best suppliers and partners to try out new techniques and technologies that enable us to provide new printing and coating solutions.
