We work with the latest technology in offset printing and the most qualified professionals to offer the best quality and print stability in the market.

Thanks to our close collaboration with R & D companies in the graphics sector, Litalsa has pioneered the introduction of artificial vision on the print lines with color correction under spectrophotometry. We print with both UV and conventional inks, and we are proud to pioneer in combining two inks on a single line.

Our company has 29 printing units, distributed in 5 printers:

  • 1 line 4 colors SPRINT with conventional curing ink + MAILÄNDER coater (Wet on Wet) with LTG oven.
  • 1 line 7 colors METALSTAR 2. 7 bodies with ultraviolet curing ink + MAILÄNDER coater (Wet on Wet) withLTG oven.
  • 1 line 6 colors METALSTAR 3 with UV-curing inks, being the first of its kind installed worldwide.
  • 1 line 6 colors METALSTAR 3 with conventional curing inks + MAILÄNDER coater (Wet on Wet) with LTG oven.
  • 1 line 6 colors METALSTAR 4 with UV-curing inks. The most modern on the market.
